Welcome to Glassy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Glassy surf trip planning platform ("Glassy", the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use Glassy. You may sign in with email or with Google.

Community content

Glassy lets you post session logs, trip plans, comments, and educational articles. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant Glassy a non-exclusive license to host and display it within the Service. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or that infringes others' rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Surf safety disclaimer

Glassy provides trip suggestions, forecasts, spot information, and educational content for general guidance only. Surfing involves inherent risks. Ocean conditions can change rapidly and the information on Glassy may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for assessing conditions and your own ability, and for surfing within your limits. Always check local conditions and warnings before entering the water.

Instructors, schools & third parties

Glassy helps you discover instructors, surf schools, and retreats. We do not employ or endorse these providers, and any rates, bookings, or arrangements are made directly between you and them. Glassy is not responsible for the services they provide. Links to third-party sites are offered for convenience and are governed by those sites' own terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not scrape, copy, or resell platform data without permission.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glassy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on trip suggestions, forecasts, or community content.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. We may also modify or discontinue features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Glassy and request account deletion at any time.
